Hi Anton, I am getting "Segmentation Fault (core dumped)" even if it compiles ok. I suspect it is the vtk version causing it. I have tried changing to different versions of Eigen and I am experiencing the same thing after I update to libvtk6-dev. Isnan or isinf error.
I am using Ubuntu 14.04.
