I have same results as Anton : constant energy, i.e. no problem.
I suspect (randomized) problem in python script or unitiliazed values
somewhere. I double checked cpp equations for elastic and kinetic and
they look correct. I don't remember recent changes in this code, but
lets see what the "fresh install" method gives. ;-)
