Hi,
Reading again, I think the answer is no: you don't seem to have any problem
with units.
As for why you get so high values of forces, not sure, but a temptative
checklist is:
- is it relevant to consider the max value (I guess the fluctuations are large),
- can it be due to the ratio particle size / container size (same as in
experiments?),
- is there a bug when a particle is in contact with one vertex (most likely
yes, especially if you see very high isolated peaks in force vs. displacement)?
