Hello,
If I understand correctly you are triangulating a packing with a non-flat free
surface, correct?
If so, it is expected that you get tetrahedra paving the (empty) concave
regions. It is a feature a the mathematical construct, and it is reflected
accordingly by TW.
Is it really a problem? If so you should elaborate a mathematical solution
first, only after this we can discuss how to implement it with TW.
