When I try to open the "vtk" files from running the script given above, the Paraview stops working and crashes down, both on Linux(4.0.1) and Windows(4.3.1). I don't know what has gone wrong because files from triaxial tests works very well Could you please give a try at that script? Though it takes more than an hour to finish the whole procedure, but a ten-minute test is quite enough. It is not urgent, but I desperately need your advice.
