Yes, provided you - like me - are reluctant to consider velocities as
corresponding to the half of the time steps, it comes directly from the
integration scheme, from my point of view.
However, if I understood (and remember) well discussions with Bruno,
other (higher order) finite difference schemes would not necessarily
improve the situation. But I can not elaborate on this point..
