Hello,
This is a very classical YADE question.
As the 1st lines of the doc [1] normally say, calling makeCloud() alone
is never enough to obtain a satisfactory packing, unless you wanna study
gas instead of solids.
The correct procedure to obtain a desired void ratio is described in the
example [2]. It should also be possible to find related
questions/answers on this Launchpad interface.
