rhaven gave more information on the question: I found another thread which used makeclumpcloud and gravity (https://answers.launchpad.net/yade/+question/290933) I added the following two lines to see if they would help O.materials.append(FrictMat(young=1e10, poisson=0.28, frictionAngle=0.2, density=2600.))
