PolyhedraGeom() creates new instance, with no relation to any existing
interactions. Do something like:

for i in O.interactions:
pv = i.geom.penetrationVolume
cp = i.geom.contactPoint
###
or
###
i = O.interactions[id1,id2]
i.geom.whatever
