I do not know which "instruction" you're referring to, but I would advice to
look at
https://yade-dem.org/doc/yade.wrapper.html#yade.wrapper.Ip2_CohFrictMat_CohFrictMat_CohFrictPhys.setCohesionNow
(or its neighbor setCohesionOnNewContacts)
and
https://yade-dem.org/doc/yade.wrapper.html#yade.wrapper.Law2_ScGeom6D_CohFrictPhys_CohesionMoment.always_use_moment_law
(and to make a higher effort to shorten your script if you seek faster
assistance here ;-) )
