Floating IPs and NVP NAT rules not synchronizing

Bug description:
When a floating IP is disassociated, the NAT rules on the NVP platform are
not always being deleted.
This happens when the pagination limit on a single get request is reached,
since the NVP plugin at the moment does not fetch all the pages for a NAT rule
list operation.
