Improve rsync debug log when multiple migrations are in progress

Bug description:
When multiple migrations are ongoing at the same time, it's not easy
to track the rsync progress of each one in the logs. We probably need
to add the instance UUID to the rsync debug log to differentiate which
rsync process is tied to which migration.
