quantum metadata proxy log
Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
Fix Released
Bug description:
now, metadata proxy will do logging to a log file if it's parent
process (dhcp agent or l3 agent) has log_dir or log_file set, also we
will allow metadata proxy process to do log to syslog if log_dir and
log_file are not set.
