Bug description:
lbaas doesn't seems to provide accurate port binding information to
ml2 plugin:
WARNING neutron.plugins.ml2.plugin [-] In _notify_port_updated(), no
bound segment for port 4288bf6b-fcbd-4c42-9b3d-a01d8dd4014e on network
2f18f05b-a292-41cd-8c5a-464d40c2ea34
as a consegence, agents will fail to plug VIP ports:
