Follow this change in all examples. Also, tag controller with <replaceable> in Neutron chapter. This was the case in Quantum in Grizzly, but in Havana (therefore Neutron), this has been moved into /etc/neutron/neutron.conf. This should be fixed in the installation manual as well.
