Title: install-guide Neutron section still explain the [database] section in plugins, which is from Grizzly Status in OpenStack Manuals: Fix Released Bug description: The install-guides reports that users should edit the [database] section within the plugin files. This was the case in Quantum in Grizzly, but in Havana (therefore Neutron), this has been moved into /etc/neutron/neutron.conf. This should be fixed in the installation manual as well.
