AuthInfo Object in auth/controllers.py doesn't use
@dependency.required decorator

Bug description:
AuthInfo Object in auth/controllers.py instead of using the dependency
decorator, directly instantiates the managers that it is expecting to
use (in this case: trust and identity manager).
A quick sweep of code should be done to identify the remaining cases
and clean them up.
