Bug description:
Noticed the following deprecation warnings at console output:
/openstack/glance/glance/openstack/common/timeutils.py:51:
DeprecationWarning: BaseException.message has been deprecated as of Python 2.6
raise ValueError(e.message)
/openstack/glance/glance/store/filesystem.py:179: DeprecationWarning:
BaseException.message has been deprecated as of Python 2.6
% (CONF.filesystem_store_metadata_file, ioe.message)))
Fix: change e.message to str(e).
