nova still inserting into mysql /dev/hda

Bug description:
When you boot the instance nova assign the root_device_name the
/dev/hda value so mount in plug and play its impossible and mount when
the machine is off its impossible. If you change the /dev/hda in mysql
to /dev/vda it assign /dev/vd* so its a MySQL bug.
