Ironic has recently moved to using microversions in the interface
between ironicclient and ironic server. The Nova ironic driver
(nova.virt.ironic) needs updating to specify the microversion it wants
so as to ensure that the interface remains stable independent of
development activities in Nova and Ironic respectively.
