In the code
https://github.com/openstack/horizon/blob/master/openstack_dashboard/api/nova.py#L152-L158
'vcpus': getattr(self, "total_vcpus_usage", 0), vcpus is to describe vcpu
num, however total_vcpus_usage is the total
hours of vcpus used.
In the code
https://github.com/openstack/horizon/blob/master/openstack_dashboard/api/nova.py#L164-L171
we can sure 'vcpus' is to describe vcpu num, vcpu_hours describe vcpu used
hours.
