Radware LBaaS v2 driver does not delete DB entity properly

Bug description:
Radware LBaaS v2 is a LBaaS v2 service provider.
Create loadbalancer with listener, default pool, and member.
Delete the loadbalancer. Loadbalancer DB entity is not deleted.
Radware LBaaS v2 driver does not call the driver mixin successful_completion
function properly
that causes the DB object not to be deleted
