The file keystoneauth1.access.service_catalog.ServiceCatalog is missing
a factory() method equivalent to the factory() method provided by
keystoneclient.service_catalog.ServiceCatalog.factory(). This method
allows for creation of a ServiceCatalog object without knowing the
specific API version in advance.
