I've enabled LBaaS with haproxy, I've configured a pool with vip and members,
I've associated healthcheck but there is no haproxy process (under
investigation) so real traffic to the vip is not really handled/redirected and
no healthcheck traffic is being sent, however, the healthchecks say that the
status is ACTIVE.
