Public bug reported:
sourcing the openrc file asks for an openstack password, but doesn't
provide any clue to the user which project or username is associated
with the request, making answering this question a guessing game.
Moreover, if you have also integrated your keystone with Active
Directory LDAP (as many people do) you will also "LOCK" your AD account
potentially due to wrong user/pass entered too many times. Simply
display the username and project in the password query.
