commit 7e58caeaee2b8137ff38b8bcb8c8e6a5600bbc69 Author: David Medberry <openst...@medberry.net> Date: Fri Aug 26 11:11:45 2016 -0400 Display username/project during password request There is a UX bug when asking for this password without providing appropriate context. This patch fixes that. Closes-bug: 1617374 Change-Id: Iaabc217cdbff82d7685985f52d5caa975fcf4413 ** Changed in: horizon Status: In Progress => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Yahoo! Engineering Team, which is subscribed to OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon). https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1617374 Title: openrc username project missing Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon): Fix Released Bug description: sourcing the openrc file asks for an openstack password, but doesn't provide any clue to the user which project or username is associated with the request, making answering this question a guessing game. Moreover, if you have also integrated your keystone with Active Directory LDAP (as many people do) you will also "LOCK" your AD account potentially due to wrong user/pass entered too many times. Simply display the username and project in the password query.
