I haven't identified the root cause but it looks better to revert this commit and tackle the original problem again. This reverts commit 8be1ec5e706b07b47f13b8c97c70327b25b09552. We can see only "Rule" and "Remote" fields. When I change a selected item in "Rule" to others, all expected fields were displayed. After that when I selected "Custom TCP Rule" again, all expected fields were displayed. From this, it seems all fields are prepared expectedly but the initial setup is not done properly.
