Larry, is right in the fact that there is no sure fire way to see who has you on their friends list. However, I've heard of some very funny ways to see if you are on their friends list. The best one is to put up a status message that says "View my cam", and if people are on line, you will get a lot of them who want to look. lol I wouldnt worry about the friends list thing, for a couple reasons. First there are programs out there that allow you to add someone to your friends list with your knowing about it, and secondly, there are programs which you remove yourself from someones list. The problem is on going and I dont' think there is an end in sight.
