Tommy, I know there were problems with the OLD version of SP2 and linksys. The SP2 was closing the wrong ports, and unless you changed the settings, etc. it would not allow you to.
I'm sorry if I am repeating myself, but did you uninstall messenger, including ALL files associated with it, and then reinstall them? The next question is to try to approve not only 5051 for cam but 5000 to 5051. Any of those can be used for caming. See if any of that helps.
