Hi,
I joined this group out of frustration. I am not receiving email
alerts. This started yesterday, Apr 9.
When I start my computer, I **do** receive an initial alert if I have
mail, but that's the only alert I will receive. Also, when I click on
my yahoo email, the alert icon does not go away. I have to manually
click on the icon before it disappears.
I know that yahoo system malfunctions happen, but things have worked
smoothly for a long time. They eventually fix things, but are slow.
I noticed someone else posted a note on this problem Apr. 8 but nobody
responded.
I wrote yahoo help, and of course have not heard from them yet, but
they usually are clueless.
So if ANYONE else reads this and is having the same problem, please
post it.
