I am still having this problem. I got my ID back, but my husband didn't. And I set up several new ID's to go into chat. Downloaded Trillian, went into chat that way, and I still get signed out of it and account gets locked up. I have really gotten irritated about this entire mess. It is so uncalled for. I never go in on more than one ID. I don't understand why my account keeps getting locked up.
