i have had that problem too, i went to send pictures in private messages and
the person said the same thing. that it looked like a gray box. i dont think
its the norton 360, i dont use that program.

Recently, I've been having problems trying to share photos with other
contacts. If they are in my list, the photos only partially transfer
(both send and receive). If the contact isn't on my list, all I see
is a small grey box.
I recently installed the latest version of Norton 360. I'm not sure
if that is the problem or not.
