OK. I just checked your profile to make sure you had a pic on it. You do! Do you also show that same image on your YM display? It could be the YM display pic, rather than the yahoo profile pic (which can be different), that shows up on the members list. Check a few of the members profiles to see if the image on the list is the same as in their profile. I'll go to one of my groups and similarly check it and report back.
