Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates...richest city in the world. Etisalat is the ISP. They block many websites for "cultural reasons," including Flickr. Since 9.0 is integrated with Flickr, I thought maybe they were blocking 9.0 at the DNS or something. I did get on 9.0 once a couple of weeks ago. Anybody else able to log in to 9.0 from the Middle East?
