Just running CCleaner will not do what I suggested, especially since there's
a million ways to have CCleaner set up.

You have to go into the Options section, then choose Cookies where you can
choose which cookies to delete and which to keep. You may be deleting all
of your cookies every time you run it which isn't what I suggest that folks
do since cookies can save you a lot of time as long as they are not tracking
cookies which your antispyware should catch and remove anyhow.

On the Cleaner screen, under the Windows Tab:

For IE, I only have check marks in Temporary Internet Files, Cookies. I
have nothing checked under Windows Explorer. For System, I have Empty
Recycle Bin, Temporary Files, Clipboard checked. For Advanced, I have Old
Prefetch Data checked.

On the Applications Tab, I have nothing checked.

These settings will delete everything you do not need but prior to running
the Cleaner, I go to the Options and Cookies section and look at any new
cookies added under the Delete column and move any that I want over to the
Keep column.

I ran ccleaner, but hasn't helped. I did have an online chat with someone
from Yahoo, and they are researching it and will get back. I guess we will
just see how long that takes.
