Kathy, It sounds like you have a decent AV program. It's probably something that your anti-virus software maker or their forums can probably help you with but you should probably take heed with what your AV is telling you and avoid SmileyCentral. If you definitely want it, there are ways to create exceptions in anti-malware programs and firewalls, etc.
Most AV's and anti-spywares consider Smiley Central as adware and tracking software. I know whenever I get an email where someone had a Smiley Central as part of their sig, my anti-virus software blocks it.... not the email, just the image/link associated with Smiley Central.
