[Y!M] Invisi/Visi on New Messenger

I downloaded Beta messenger, have it set to show up invisible auto when 
i turn on my pc. There are 3 or 4 friends I always 'stealth' set to 
visible, however when I do that, then change message in box at top, I 
don't show up visible to anybody else. Only way I've found is to sign 
out and back in. Thoughts?
