I think I've seen something similar with YM 7.5 but if I change the message to "Busy" (put a check in the box) and OK it, then open the message box again and uncheck "Busy", it will go back to how I wanted my stealth settings. I think it will also work if you open the message box and show yourself as invisible and then back to your message.
