Of course, the email address could have been spoofed but it did show up as a @yahoo-inc.com address which is the "real" email domain for Yahoo! employees... especially since Linda replied to the @yahoo-inc.com address and got a follow-up reply from Melissa so I would think that it's a legitimate employee.
