Which browser and version are you using? Can you take screen shots of each step you are taking? Is there more information on the error message... a code or anything? I do not recall ever getting an error message quite like what you describe. What country are you in?
Oftentimes, these issues are related to browser issues, JavaScript issues, etc., but usually there will be more information contained in the error pop-up. If I'm not mistaken, you were also having issues with the Voice feature of YM as well... right? This could also be JavaScript related. Did you do what I suggested in my previous reply in your other thread? Run this free scan on your computer which will advise you about any outdated software you may be running and give you instructions on how to update it. Things like Adobe Flash, Java, etc. After you run the scan, it will give you an option to enter your email address so you will be notified to run a new scan whenever newer versions or updates are available. This scan is just a simple way of checking your various and commonly used software to make sure they are the most secure and up-to-date versions.
