[Y!M] Another Question About Yahoo Messenger 9 Download

I am still trying to get all my family on the New Yahoo messenger 9. One of 
them just bought a new computer last Friday with Vista home edition and they 
can not download the new messenger. It starts and then stops about half way 
through. I had them go all through the steps at the yahoo messenger blog,

about installing on Vista...It didn't help. I am not sure what to do now.
