Bobby, as I see from the title, we are restricting ourselves to the RM only
pages. AM pages still have issue of the proxy filtering cookies, let's track
that separately (this includes discussion about map/reduce tasks, counters). I
think we SHOULD separate the table-IDs to be different on different pages, but
as Jian already mentioned this is already the case on RM.
That said, Jian, is it possible to move these to RM only changes?
