I see.. thanks for looking into it.. I guess the killedBeforeStart flag could 
be avoided, by calling  "container.isMarkedToKill()" directly in the 
handleContainerExitCode method like below ?

        dispatcher.getEventHandler().handle(
            new ContainerExitEvent(containerId,
                ContainerEventType.CONTAINER_KILLED_ON_REQUEST, exitCode,
