Currently have handled only resourcemanager package . Changing
MockRMMemoryStateStore instead of MemoryStateStore should be fine. I would
have preferred changing only if tesctcase fail. Regarding changing of name and
which all test category of tests to be modified lets wait for [~rohithsharma]
also review.
