Thanks, [~Tao Jie]. Sorry to be fussy, but can we add a first line to the
{{AllocationFileLoaderService.getDefaultPermissions()}} javadoc, something
like, "Returns the list of default permissions." Javadoc takes the first
sentence as the summary that is shown in the table of methods.
