* Looks like {{setDispatcherThreadName()}} is unused and is superseded by the
constructor
* {{ * The thread name for dispatcher}} should end with a period
* {{AsyncDispatcher(String)}} needs a summary in the javadoc
* In {{ * @param dispatcherName Name of the dispatcher thread}}, "Name"
shouldn't be capitalized
