Thanks [~ajithshetty] for the patch,
I feel we can replace {{"RM Metrics dispatcher"}} => {{"RM Timeline
dispatcher"}} and agree with [~templedf] that {{setDispatcherThreadName}} is
not required as it can be set in the constructor where ever required.
