[~curino], thanks for adding this feature, it will be very helpful and
convenient to run tests under generated cases. I was thinking about how to
model a probability distribution of generated workload before, and it looks
your patch addresses the problem :).
Since this patch need rebase, I haven't run tests yet.
Some comments/questions to the impl:
1) AMSimulator
- submitReservation => submitReservationWhenSpecified
2) Why changes to CapacitySchedulerQueueManager needed? Is it possible to do it
in SLS?
3) ENABLE_RESERVATION_SYSTEM, should we just take configs in yarn-site?
4) For the syn.json, does it support non-reservation workload?
