[~wangda] I believe I addressed your concerns, and added the scheduler as one
of the parameters so we now run for both CS and FS all three formats SLS,
RUMEN, and SYNTH.
In the process I fixed the shutdown hooks (it didn't work properly, and since
we inherit from the main schedulers, I think it is enough to implement
serviceStop() and call super.serviceStop() please check if this logic makes
sense to you).
I am not very familiar with the SLS input, so I used the example form the
documentation, feel free to change it if there is any better sls inputs to use
for this test.
