Thanks [~subru] for the review! I've fixed all except:
"this check is not correct as once we have HA (YARN-6128)". I will address this
in YARN-6128 because we need to refactor the code there anyways.
Good catch on "testForceKill", it turns out that the unit test is not written
correctly and it was actually catching the Assert.fail() one line above and
pass the test!
